You will receive a FILM with an Image to transfer onto a garment.
The garment pictured is not included.

Cottons and Blends:
300-315/325 F for 10-15sec.  2nd Press 5-10sec (Medium pressure)
Thicker (hoodies) may require 325 and up. 

Polyesters:
265-275/285 F 8-10sec Med-light pressure.
Polyester settings may VARY a lot, but it’s best to use lower temperature and pressure, or it will burn.

FINISHES: AFTER FIRST PRESS (and film has been peeled off)
Matte finish:  Place parchment or Teflon sheet over and press for 10sec.  Test your fabric if you’re unfamiliar, especially polyester (it will melt and burn).    
You can even place a cotton fabric (pillowcase) Make sure there are no CREASES! 

Know your fabrics:  
Cotton and heavy cotton, denim require higher heat.
Polyester/spandex, requires lower heat.

HEAT PRESS:
1)    Heat your press
2)    Set timer
3)    Pre-press garment for 5 sec.  REMOVE CREASES
4)    Place film onto garment with printed side DOWN
5)    If you have one, place parchment/Teflon sheet over film
6)    Press for 15sec (sometimes more is needed on cotton) 
7)    Let cool for 30 seconds (cool peel) 
8)    Remove Film
NOTE:  if you notice image is not sticking while you peel, STOP and re-press
BE CAUTIOUS to not melt film or fabric.

HOME IRON:
 Same process.
NO STEAM!!!!!
Use COTTON setting NO STEAM!!!!!
